Jones & Juliet Casting is casting proud Nebraskans from all walks of life. All backgrounds, ethnicities, and ages 35-100. The images will be a print ad, and potentially a video commercial for a nicotine pouch brand.
In this documentary style casting, we want to capture the people and communities who make Nebraska so special, whether their family has been there for many generations or they are the first to call it home.
We are casting authentic Nebraskans, connected to these diverse communities, professions, and environments:
Farm/Ranch Workers (or owners), Welders, Poker Night Friends, Small Business Owners, Plumbers, Local Artists and Artisans, Mechanics, Hiking crews, Gallery Owners, Truck Drivers, Record Shop Owners, Tattoo Artists, Delivery Workers, Waiters/Chefs/Bartenders, Leather Workers, Diner/Restaurant Staff, Rodeo Workers, Market Vendors, Musicians, Airport workers, Construction crews, Fisherman etc.
PAY: $2500 per person for a 1 day shoot and usage – all non-moving media for 1 year.
USAGE RENEWAL: You will make an additional $2750 for an additional 1 year of usage if the client chooses to re-use it.
If the project is used for video, you will make additional money under a union contract (SAG-AFTRA). Those rates can be found here. This rate applies to ‘lead characters’.
SHOOT DATE: May 27th, 28th, or 29th
SHOOT LOCATION: We are focusing casting within 2 hours of Lincoln, Nebraska and Omaha, Nebraska to keep the shoot centralized for the crew. The crew will be traveling to the people cast to capture them in their environment.
We are also interested in featuring locations that feel very classic – diners, sale barns, rodeos, barbershops, ranches, family owned restaurants, small businesses, local shops, for those who may be more camera shy but own or operate a business.
