CASTING MOM & SON in ad for MAJOR JEWELRY BRAND
(FILMING IN NYC & PRAGUE)
Casting a documentary-style campaign centered around a real mom and her son between the ages of 8-12 for a holiday commercial. Must be local to NY area.
No acting experience required—just a real connection between a mother and her child. The campaign will be filmed in two parts: the print ad will be shot in New York City, and the video component will be filmed in Prague.
SHOOT DATE IN NYC: May 27th or 28th
**Mom & Son must be local to the NYC area as travel/lodging will not be covered for the NYC portion of the shoot
SHOOT DATES IN PRAGUE: June 4 or 5 through June 10
**Production will handle/cover all transportation/lodging. Talent will be flown out of a NYC area airport**
MOM PAY RATE:
-TV Rates: $1500/day for each day out of NYC (6-7 days likely), + buyout of $5000 if used, +additional $3500 to hold conflict.
-Print Rates: $1500 for print shoot, +$3500 buyout (3 months) if used, +$2500 to hold conflict.

CHILD PAY RATE:
-TV Rates – $700/day for each day out of NYC (6-7 likely), + buyout of $3500 if used, +an additional $1000 for conflict.-Print Rates:
$600 for print shoot, +$1500 buyout (3 months) if used, +$1,000 to hold conflict.

3 months, end of October 2025, +pre-negotiate rate for 3 additional months for holiday 2026 Territory: Global. Channels: OOH/Print, PR & Events, All digital, including paid, Instore / Retail, All social and paid social (including YouTube), 3rd party media outlets and retail, Online media outlets, Newsletters
***Jewelry conflict- only for the 3 months this will run
