CASTING COUPLES & FRIENDS WHO MET WHILE TRAVELING in AUSTRALIA
Jones & Juliet Casting is looking for US-Based duos to send on an all-expenses-paid trip back to where they originally met – Australia!!
Did you meet your partner while you were both studying, working, or traveling in Australia, and now you both live back in the US? Or maybe you met a life-long friend while you were spending time in Australia? We would love to send you on a trip back to re-experience the place that started it all!
No acting or on-camera experience is required. We are looking for real stories of real people who forged a life-long connection while working, living, traveling, studying, etc. in Australia.
PAY: The chosen couple/friends will be paid $4k per person for their participation.
FLIGHTS/HOTELS/TRIP DURATION: This will be approximately a 7-8 day trip in either late September or October, including travel. Business Class Round Trip flights from the US will be booked by production as well as all hotels, travel to/from airport, activities, and food will be covered by production.
The trip will be filmed for a branded documentary-style project for a major media company and tourism board and will show the couple / friends experiencing the natural beauty, food, wine, and unique activities across the different regions of Australia.
PARTICIPANT DETAILS:
- We are open to people of all ages & backgrounds
- Either couples OR good friends who originally met in Australia and now live in the US
- Can live anywhere in the US or Canada, but must both have US work authorization for contracting/payment purposes.
- Participants can live in different cities in the US!
- After participants are booked, there may be 2-3 60 min introductory calls for trip planning purposes! Participants may also be asked to participate in a 1hr voice over session after returning back to the US to add some narration to the final project!
USAGE: Usage for 1 year on Media company’s digital and streaming platforms and Client O&Os. Client may use footage/stills from shoot directly on their website with possible option for additional assets. This is a non-union project.
